Sandy’s Story
In 2007, Sandy launched her career in real estate following many years in corporate inventory management with some of the area’s most respected companies, including Nordstrom and Amazon.com. This experience gave her a solid background in analysis and business management.
Sandy’s love of real estate started with her first condo purchase when she was 22 years old. But you also could say that real estate is in her blood, as her family has long been involved with Seattle real estate. Sandy grew up in Bellevue, she has owned and lived in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Mercer Island. As the 6th Generation descendant of Seattle’s Founding Family, the Denny family, Sandy loves everything about living in Seattle area and the Pacific Northwest. She’s active and loves skiing, golf, and anything outdoors.
Currently, Sandy supports and serves in various non-profit organizations, including ArtsFund and The Rotary Club of Seattle. She is also on the Board of PACE (Performing Arts Center Eastside) and an allied member at GSBA, Washington’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.
Education and Accreditations
Sandy earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Oregon, majoring in Journalism with a Public Relations emphasis and minor in English. Today, she maintains the highest and most advanced education and accreditations, including Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) through the Seattle King County Realtors Association (SKAR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™).
