Every year, we send you a packet of information that includes, among several other helpful resources, the probable current market value of your home. Then, we follow it up with a conversation so that you can ask any questions about the current real estate market and the options available to you. Of course, we are happy to update these values at any point in the year; just give us a call! Also, if you know anyone else that would benefit from learning more about the real estate market and the current value of their home, please let us know!
Communication Promise
Sandy and the Exact Home Team communicates with clients via email, phone, and/or text each week while they are in the process of either buying or selling a home. Communications can be as simple as texts about process, calls about upcoming touring dates, or emails with formal updates. If you ever have any questions or concerns during the process, we are just a call, text, or email away!
Home Owners Club Membership
Don’t know who to call for odd jobs around the house or major projects? The Home Owners Club has carefully screened almost 200 contractors to complete home repairs, maintenance, remodeling, and more.
